• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Standard shipping across India: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  

• All orders shipped via reputed and insured courier partners for maximum safety.

Shipping Charges

• Free standard delivery for all orders above ₹1,000.

• Orders below ₹1,000 incur a shipping fee of ₹100.
  

Returns & Exchanges

• We don't accept Returns. Check Return Policy for more.

• Custom designs and earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards, unless defective.
  

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• In rare cases of transit damage/loss, contact customer care within 48 hours of delivery. Investigation will be initiated for insurance/replacement.
