Refund policy

We have a NO return policy, which means you cannot return an item, once received.

It is so, because every piece is hand-picked and it takes effort to pack and ship every item with love.

Review your pieces before placing the order, so that when you receive it you can flaunt it, and collect compliments, without the stress of going through the pain of letting the beautiful pieces go away!

However, only in exceptional cases, where you receive a tamper evident parcel from the delivery agent, take images instantly at the time of the delivery, and proceed to contact us within 2 days, to start a return. You can contact us at amarajewels101@gmail.com

If your return is accepted, proceed with all the formalities as needed, and process your return with 7-14 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
